J-Roc's wisdom would tell you, "you gotta truss." 'Nam sayin?'
It means you must start making promises to people you want to serve and work your way to fulfilling those promises.
It means you have to be patient with the outcome. It won't always be good, but the good news is that you get to do it again. Hopefully, you do it often enough to produce a good outcome.
Sometimes, it also means you have to click Upload or Publish before it's ready.
In the words of a tweet by Reid Hoffman, "If you're not embarrassed by the first version of your product, you've launched too late."
Today, I challenge you (and me) to make a promise to your people, get to work, and deliver.
