What Being Super Really Means

I often wonder how they came up with Superman. I feel like a bunch of people in a writer's room were like, "we need a hero with abilities that can solve most of our problems." I don't know, man. Sounds pretty lazy to me.
A supermarket has products for almost everyone.
A superstar intends to appeal to most people.
If you're just getting started with your art, going super is almost a sure-fire way to feel bad about what you do.
Pleasing everybody means you have to tweak your outputs to appeal to around seven billion people.
You don't have to please everybody. In fact, you can't. Pick a genre and make a lot of noise there.
The world is super niched right now, meaning everyone lives on the fringes. Find a spot in your niche and nurture it with your work.
If your niche has a hundred people, design your work for them. If it has eight people, congratulations - you have an opportunity to make a tremendous impact in a tiny pocket of this world.
You have all the time in the world to be super later.
