The Easiest Person To Trust

Is not the one who's perfect, but the one who responds to imperfection with consistency.
As you get started on your work, waiting for the "perfect" output won't get you anywhere. Show up for the people you serve and earn their trust by being consistent and committing to doing better every time. On the other side of this commitment are two possible outcomes.
One, it could work. The people you serve might like it, they give you their trust, and you get to do it again.
Two, it might not work. The people you serve might ignore it, but you trust yourself to stay committed, so you do it again, committing to making the necessary adjustments to show up with something better next time.
You don't get to be better next time when you quit after disappointing your people. That only happens when you stick around and keep getting better intentionally.
